Dare2Lead...

And in case I hadn't had enough teenage time, I spent a day with 220 outstanding high school students from across the state at the UHSAA Dare2Lead Conference.  I was able to be a team leader and teach some of the sessions, I loved every minute of it!

 I was able to have our friend Lauren Wells, Miss Murray Outstanding Teen come sing the National Anthem, she did an amazing job.  And Elisabeth was able to come for the second half of the day for bowling and a talk from Olympian brothers Taylor and Bryan Fletcher.

Another bunch of kids I adore are my young women, I love the 4 days we get to spend at girls camp together.

Class of 2014...

By far one of the best days to be a member of the school board is graduation day.  And it makes even better when you get to be the one to get a hug from and give diplomas to some of the best young men you will ever meet.  Love these "fellas," Blake Harsh aka "My Favorite" aka "My other son," Kemmer Johnson, Mitch Plant, Shaun Murray and Matt Kauer.
