Baptisms and Temple Lights...

The kids and I spent last night at Temple Square with the youth, we had our baptism appointment for a year to be able to go to the Salt Lake Temple. Afterwards we saw the lights and had donuts and coco. I love spending time with these kids, even if the activity does spill over to our house until midnight afterwards.

Merry Christmas From the Family...

First for the antics at Grandpa & Grandma Rigby's.  Let's just say we are little close as a family, and well pretty inappropriate! As always breakfast was delicious and Grandma and Grandpa spoiled everyone rotten!

Then on to Grandma & Grandpa Johnson's for loud laughter, dinner and tons of presents!

"I'll make a man out of you!"

Yup, he did it he shaved (first time for everything) his "mustache," it looks so much better!

It's Christmas...

I thought teenagers were supposed to sleep later but I found out at 6:38 this morning when they flipped on my light that it doesn't mater on Christmas!

It's Christmas Eve...

After the Andersen party, including the gift game where the kids came out pretty well, and a stop at CoeLen and Bill's the kids were so excited to exchange gifts.  Elisabeth gave Sam Coke-A-Cola hat and Sam gave her an organge Coke t-shirt.  First I got to open my gift of a new camera and after we, of course, all got our new jammies!

Uncle Joe...

My kids LOVE their Uncle Joe!  He spends tons of time with them and is just waiting for them to become to cool.

Joe, Elisabeth and Aubrey (RJ & Ashley's daughter) at Joe and Randi's Christmas party.

Reinacting old memories!

Boys and Their Toys...

We all gathered at my brothers house today for a yummy prime rib dinner and some holiday family time, and at one point this is what I found.  Later on the whole bunch did eat together and watched "Christmas Vacation."

3 Pictures...

Well, I only took three pictures at the Johnson family party and here they are...

All hail to Joe...

The mountains were so pretty as we left...

Aynsley and her new friend playing hut...

T is for Television...

After our 14 year old big screen died and convencing the kids we were keeping the old tube TV we borrowed, we finally surprised them an awesome new 46 inch television and pretty new TV stand.  They we super excited and we had a great time watching "Arthur Christmas" on it that night.

Chocolate...

Maybe we shouldn't leave Elisabeth and Jenna home alone with a chocolate fountain!

Later back at Jenna's house they used real face masks.

Sitting...

Is it babysitting or just hanging out with friends?  When is comes to the Brimley kids it's both!

Friends...

Elisabeth came up with the clever idea for the Harsh and Nelson boys Christmas gifts.  We swaped the soda in a Fresca and Coke boxes, so that the Harsh thought they were getting caffiene drinks but got Hayden's favorite Fresca, and the Nelson though they were getting Fresca, what their mom always buys, but they really got Coke.  Topped off with a bag a M&M's.  Blake also got a coupon for the sandwich he always wants his "babe" and future wife Elisabeth to make.  The boys got a kick out of both gifts!
In return the Harsh boys gave Sam a book about the zombie appocalypse that was supposed to happen on December 21st and the Nelson gave them Mexican Coke and bacon, they know Sam so well.
