The Drive to Holladay...

I think I could drive to the Children's Ballet Theater in my sleep! Elisabeth has had so many rehersals for next weeks production of the Wizard of Oz! But boy does she love it! And the girl has energy, yesterday she went from school to karate to rehearsal, without skipping a beat!

The best thing about taking dance 20 minutes up the road is that you get to have a whole other group of "dance friends!"

Got Me A J-O-B!

To be honest I have been looking for a while for a job... but I wanted the perfect job to fit into my schedule. I know, I know the world's not perfect! But guess what I found it! I am working doing office work for a company that serves court summons, it's really flexible and really close to home. The work is pretty simple, but the world that I am learning is pretty interesting! Thanks Derek & Jen, I owe ya one!

Aren't they cute?

Seriously, one little baby and two awesome missionaries!

Sam's Hair Cut...

Sam's birthday is not for two more weeks, but really enough is enough of the long hair, so we gave him this awesome mowhawk/mullet that he rocked for a couple days! Today grandpa had enough so he bribed Sam with food to get it cut, he looks like a whole different kid. I'll post pictures later. (That's my borrowed Explorer in the back ground!)

Good Bye to the EDGE...

With the end of our lease coming we decided to put our beloved Edge on KSL and see if we could make a little money, who knew it would be sold 24 hours later! Seriously! I can only remember one other time when I was sad to see a car go, we have had so many, and the only other time was when we sold my truck from high school to get sensible family car. I LOVED my Edge, it was perfect for our family, just the right size, plus Koda and whatever else could go in the back. Plus, it had all the bells and whistles, navigation, leather, heated seats, remote start, moon roof! Oh how I miss it already! So what now? It's weird not being in the car business and having something new and fun coming, all I used to do was pick a color! Right now we are borrowing a 1996 Explorer from my dad, my kids think it is freaking awesome! Come on it had a tape deck, two doors and it's a stick shift! No really they LOVE it! We are actually looking to buy something really cheap, that we can pay cash for, preferably a little pickup truck, any suggestions?

A Recent Do...

I loved this one, i'm really into the twists right now, so easy and quick!

A Little Vegas for Easter...

We had a great weekend in Vegas and did so much, and I am finally getting around to posting our cute pictures!

We have wanted to see the Lion King for years and it was probably the highlight of the trip. It was excellent, we highly recommend it. Try seeing it in Vegas, the tickets were reasonable and even the cheap seats had an awesome view.

Our trip was to celebrate SpringBreak, Easter and Daddy's 34th Birthday!

Elisabeth dreams of going to the Eiffel Tower someday, but when she found out she could have the second best thing she was ecstatic! We rode to the top and saw the view of Vegas, not the same as Paris but fun.

The Bellagio Gardens were beautiful like always! It is amazing what they put together each season and how wonderful it smells in there!
We have been staying at the Silverton Casino, its off the strip and connects to the Bass Pro Shop. It is also home of Sam's favorite buffet, where we went to seafood Friday. Sam seriously must have ate at least $100 worth of crab, plus all the other food he ate. That made for one happy camper!

Learning to cast at the Bass Pro Shop.

Defending "King James" at NikeTown.

More Temple pictures, this one Daddy really wanted, Elisabeth took it I think she did a great job.

I thought of my twin nephews serving LDS missions when I saw this.

Grandpa had them sneak up on this wall, but it does make a cool picture with the Angel Moroni.

It was so great to see the Temple and be away from the strip, the grounds were so beautiful and smelled of flowers. It made us want to go home and start planting, but at home there was snow on the ground.

Dunkin' Donuts is one of the kids very favorite places!

Trying out a famous Nathan's hot dog.

Those are some BIG Cokes, at the Coke Store!

Sam has always wanted to ride the roller coaster at the New York New York, and he wasn't disappointed, he loved it. Elisabeth unfortunately wasn't tall enough, but Grandpa made up for it by giving her quarters for the arcade, something I would never do!
